What is RHUE?
RHUE (pronounced ROO) is a curated collection of women’s and men’s clothing, swimwear, shoes, handbags, and accessories—blending elevated essentials with statement pieces.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock items ship once payment has been processed. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
What are pre-order items?
Pre-order items are specially sourced and prepared for you. These pieces ship within 3–4 weeks.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Can I exchange an item after wearing it?
No. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange. Worn items will not be accepted unless defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
