At RHUE, we take pride in the quality and curation of every piece. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Exchanges Only

We currently offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.


Condition of Items

All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Items that have been worn will not be accepted for exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue.
